I remember a few years ago reading that what someone had done with theirs after replacing the lumbar support a few times and it repeatedly breaking, they cable tied the two pieces together and it worked well for them. Unfortunately I can't give you any more information because I haven't had one of these seats apart, but I hope that's of some help to you.

Let me know if interested.

Last Poster: Ash1910 in Mk5 General Area on December 16, 2024, 02:28:44 pm
Today, I noticed that my car’s battery voltage was at 9 volts, which seems unusually low. For some context, I recently made a couple of changes: I switched the CANBUS nbsp to the 7N0 variant and coded it properly I also have an rcd330 as well as the adapter for MSFW (Multifunction Steering Wheel) functionality with my RCD330. But I’m still getting battery drain, could this just be a f

Yeah, the pump was $100 so no regrets. I'll sell the old one for $40 and I at least know that I can rely on the new one when I push for more power.

Milltek exhaust leak

Hi guys, I’ve fitted a cat back Milltek exhaust and after a few days I’ve noticed some soot on the clamps.
I did it as I saw it on another forum with the clamps being on the end of connections.
I’ve also put some GumGum exhaust paste before sliding the parts together.
Is there a specific torque for the clamp bolts? I did it hand tight, didn’t wanted to use an impac

So I sent the ECU off to ECU Repair and they sent it back saying it was untestable so I decided to buy a salvaged part from eBay and have mine cloned and replace it.

Replacement ECU fitted today, and so far so good with no issues starting yet so I'm tentatively saying it's sorted!
