Here she is when I got her. Car is 2005 with 67k km.

Had bumpers and side skirts colour coded and lowered the car with some H&R -30mm springs. Here's some pics before and after.

Very nice mate, The red piping on the lower valance is interesting,
The beige interior reminds me of my Mk4 gti, i loved it but got dirty quickly especially in winter.

Love the car, esp with the beige interior on a black car.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Yep, nice stance. Maybe some cheeky spacers on the rear though?  :happy2:

Yeah, forgot to add spacers and new tail lights to my list  :happy2:
Tho I might end up just tinting the stock lights.

I wonder if it's a vinyl strip. Greeners did the same mod on his car a good while back.

Ride is not that much different in every day use (comfortable wise) but the drop made the car alot firmer. I bought the springs from ebay for about 180€ delivered (from Germany to Finland) and fitting the springs + wheel alignment was 150€.

Definately go for it mate!

It's a 5mm vinyl strip. It was very easy to apply. Bought enough for 4 tries and ended up getting it right the first time

I was thinking about attaching a small red "GTI" sticker to the side (lower rear). Haven't found the exact type Im looking for yet. I just want the car to follow the same theme on every side.  Stickers and vinyl strips are cheap and nice way to make your car look more unique and you can always remove them if you get bored with em  :happy2:

Oh and thanks Tara! It is the fastest colour  :signLOL:
