Replacing the rear valance

Any ideas, links or how-to guides on how to get the old valance off and how to fit a gti one? I have gt at the min and have got one on order, want to try and fit it myself though.

When I removed mine, I used this little video which came in very useful, you may have to remove the top part to get the new bumper to clip in properly though,
