Damaged Detroit Alloy - Help Needed

Well I guess there was a certain amount of inevitability that this would happen one day, especially considering I use my car as a daily driver, but I'm still completely devastated

I was on a piece of road that splits into two approaching a set of lights, in the lefthand lane, when the car to my right moved over slightly to avoid an oncoming bus that was attempting to manoeuvre a parked car. I had no option but to avoid her and moved to my left clipping the front nearside wheel on the kerb. The damage speaks for itself. I'm really hoping someone tells me it isn't as bad as it looks!







So, does it look repairable, and if so, who is the best company to do it?

It's not that bad really, just extremely annoying. How annoyed would you be if you got it repaired then had a similar incident?

I'm in the North-West, but that's not really an issue, I'll have them shipped anywhere in the Country if need be.

Well I'd still be annoyed but I can't live with having three perfect wheels and one kerbed! I'm also wary that the lacquer on the polished rim will be broken so the wheels will now be prone to corrosion.

WRC (wheel repair center) in Bamber bridge, get amazing reviews across all forums, few people on here have used them.

The will recommend you get two done at a time not just one.

Ah yeah of course. The bodyshop I use asked if I wanted my wheels refurbished, the advice they gave was that many places charge £50 a wheel but don't do a great job. I've not had mine done but the quote was £75 a wheel. Maybe that's a bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for
