Should point out that I believe the 12.7as it was done the day I was there running low 13's and you can see from the clip the S3 is seriously rapid.

What is worth pointing out is this though - the launch on the S3 is everything. My 2.2x 60 foot time vs the 1.7x time on the S3. What is also interesting is the S3's 8mph defecit at the end of the 1/4 mile.

Working it out, average speed over 60 feet in the S3 is 24.1mph vs my 18.6mph. Assuming therefore that the S3 is doing 48.2mph vs 36.4mph in the Cupra, the front drive makes up 20mph over the rest of the 1/4 mile to be 8mph faster at the top end.

Great time that Keith   Just goes to show you how good 4WD + DSG + LC works.. Terminals are equivalent to Revo too..

Shame there isn't any/many other Revo Stage 2+, DSG/S-Tronic, S3/Golf R's to compare against.. Such a great combination/weapon when on the 1/4 mile..

Be good to see how a APR Stage 2+ ED30 gets on @ Pod...?
