MFD2 compatible with a 2009 Caddy?

Hi,

Selling my MFD2 on eBay and someone has asked if it is compatible with a Caddy 2009. From my best internet searches, it appears as though it would as it looks like the Caddy uses the same base audio unit as a mk5 golf (RCD300).

Anyone know any better?
