Just spotted the same one on eBay. I found your post when I put the part no. Into the forum. I'm in the same boat as you, it looks legit but I don't trust the cheap price or lack of brand identification.

Apparently it's old stock they used to provide to another company. Not sure if it's worth a punt or not.
No heatshield and is camcoating really essential when looking at induction kits.
