Knock Knock

Hello,
This my first post on this website and wont be my last im guessing. I've read through endless posts regarding knocking noises but none seem to match what i am experiencing. Since snapping my rear springs recentley and having them replaced with geny ones and having new discs and pads all round as well the car has developed a knock. Its an irritating Knock that only happens at low speeds, like when sitting in traffic and when you pullaway slighty "knock". Then when you brake to stop, "knock". Sometimes it sounds like it from the rear then all of a sudden you think front.
I have taken it to another garage to try to see if the original work by the previous garage was carried out correctly and they have confirmed it has. Whilst they were under the car it was noted that the wishbone bushes on the front were worn and the anti roll bar links on the rear were virtually none existent. They were replaced with Powerflex bushes. Drove it away and for two days no "knock" but then all of a sudden it rears it ugly head again. So, back to the garage and they go through another process of elimination and come across the dog bone engine mount that suppurts the rear of the engine to the subframe. I also had a look and there was a hell of a lot of play in these two bushes so, they were also replaced. Guess what "knock".
To say that I am getting a little miffed with it is an understatement, any of you guys experienced anything like this? Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Cheers.
