Is Item 9 the pipe you have leaking?

On a closer inspection today, looks like it's the seals at pipe 30 that are to blame. I was cleaning wet looking dirty and found traces of clean oil, considering my engine oil was changed not 1000 miles ago, I'm pretty certain this pipe or the one next to it is to blame, so I shall at least order some new bits from VW to replace it. Is it the same bits as 9, 10 and 11 on this diagram?
