I got my DAB RNS back in March and ever since installing it the touchscreen has been fairly unresponsive at times. It can take 2/3 presses of the screen before the operation is completed. I've had a few other RNS's in the past and the wife had 1 in her Tiguan and none of them have been like it.
Any one know if there's anything that could be done? Would a hard reset help at all?
