Folks - work is sending me to Barnsley for 12 months as of 2 weeks.

Anyone from around there/South Yorkshire? Any advice? My place will have a garage as I think it may be advisable with my new car coming.....

Any thoughts/general info?

My wife's family is all from barnsley, so often over that way.
