Puff of blue smoke..please help.

Hi there.
i have an 2007 golf gti mk5 stage 2,lately i have been seeing a puff of blue smoke from the exhaust after going downhill and then stop on a light,and when taking off i can see a puff of blue smoke from my exhaust.
oil consumption is normal,car is running perfect.

Blue smoke is burning oil but if your levels aren't dropping you probably aren't burning oil. Maybe its just normal grey smoke and you're slightly paranoid? If the car is driving fine I wouldn't worry mate

i have changed my front pcv but still can see a puff os blue smoke when leaving a traffic light(not all time),i checked my breather tube (rear pcv)and there was oil in it..by the way theres no valve inside my rear pcv..

It's oil and its fairly common. PCV is first thing to check, also running a 5w40 oil would help
