mk5 handsfree options
« on: December 19, 2008, 11:02:22 am »
hello fellas

gonna be in the mk5 club again in the new year :happy2:

Not me, but my dad is gettin a brand new mk5 1.9Tdi DSG match, he gets cars through the motability scheme so i thought this was quite a cool car to get, it gets pretty good spec to, alloys etc. The best thing is it will only cost him a grand over 3 years, no road tax etc. :happy2:

Anyway the reason for the post, he wants a handsfree phone kit, which is the best, easiest, cheapest route to go, I've said I'll get him this for christmas

suggestions?

A few people have recommended Parrots and it's certainly something I'm looking into. Except apparently, some don't get one with sony ericsson phones.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

get the oem bluetooth kit from vRStu Gaz, best the money can buy. Far better then the Parrot setup especially if the Golf has the highline dash.

Mine is the CK3000 with multi-can so that it works with the phone button on the steering wheel.

i cant remeber the model name, think its C9060 or something similar. but it kicks the parrots ass

I'll be getting the Fiscon kit soon as that seems rather nice. Bit pricey though.
