Porsche Oil Cap
« on: March 13, 2014, 06:47:53 pm »
Right, picked up a set of caps at weekend.

Went to fit them today and the oil cap doesn't fit, i have no engine cover so my filler neck is removed and the outside diameter is too big.

Anybody else had this issue and has anyone else just filed it down a little?

Its because you have the neck removed. The cap wont fit. Fits if you have the neck.

Hey @shoaybmakda the top clips off the cap it self as I had one on my tt which was slightly angled so clipped it off and fitted it straight.
