« on: September 22, 2015, 11:37:19 am »
Hi

So am buying an edition 30 but it has s3 345mm brakes on it.

I was looking in to buying the oz ultraleggera 18inch wheels but not sure what size to get or if i would need spacers?

thanks in advance.

They are going to look awesome and fit very nicely (almost identical to bbs vz)

They are up there on my list of favourite wheels I'd buy them now if I could!

I've used Tyreleader a couple of times (for tyres, not wheels) and they're very competitive for price as they ship from Germany. I can't fault them though, as long as you're prepared to wait a few days for them to arrive.

I have 18" BBS Pescara (I think they're called - ED30 wheels) and running VWR 360mm big brake kit on the front which has the 6 pot calipers and required spacers plus longer bolts.

On the fitting receipt from Awesome GTi it lists:
FK-FK01503 - FK Wheelspacers 6mm System A PCD 5/112 57.1mm thread
VWR-VWR62007MM - VWR Hub Spacer for Brake Kit 7mm

If that helps  :happy2:

05 5dr GTi black - APR stage 2+  Stage 2 Airtec FMIC - VWR 360mm front BBK inc FK spacers - Milltek turbo back resonated inc Hi-Flow CAT and downpipe - Forge Twintake - APR HPFP - Whiteline anti-lift - SMFW conversion - Stage3 Clutch
