During summer heat i notice strange behavior from my dsg hesitation at downshifting etc..my guess and after i have a bad mechatronic to play at home the and after reading a lot i fond out that the biggest problem for bad units is heat and also for slipping since when the oil gets really hot the pressure on gearbox drops..Previous week i install custom dsg oil external cooler.
The results..: slipping i have occured since k04 awd at 2bar is gone(as fwd there was no slipping as there where ways for power to be lost in spinning) and the best think no hesitate and no power loss even after 5-6 full boost runs 2-3-4 gear and dsg fart seems more powerfull.I'm really happy with the results.
