High/MidLine + Ice
« on: December 23, 2009, 01:00:28 pm »
For the first time last night, I left the car outside. When I returned to it at 2am, it was around -2*C.

Anyway, I noticed the midline on my car was very sluggish when switching to different displays. Very sluggish. The numbers were blurring into each other. It didn't happen when I was on 'mpg' which changed second by second.

Just wondering whether other people have been affected by the same thing. I presume because of the cold weather, it's just slowed everything down.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

yep, its the liquids in the screen due to the cold. They are slightly more sluggish due to the cold. they will soon warm up and act as normal! ;)

Perfectly normal for an LCD.
Only 250.1bhp - but with that noise, who cares?
