Colchester recommendations?
« on: September 17, 2015, 09:41:32 pm »
Hi All

I've been quiet for a few weeks while we moved house and BT played "Let's upset our new customer as many times as we can" with my broadband connection.

Anyway - one of the biggest downsides to the move has been that I'm now well outside the area covered by the very excellent VGS.  I'm after recommendations for honest, expert and reliable VW/GTI mechanics around Colchester.  Anyone?

Thanks

You have AKS Tuning which should be about 90 minutes from you, but you also have AMD Tuning in Thurrock (right near Lakeside). I've used AMD Tuning a lot for my mk5 GTI and will be taking my Golf R to them for all work as well.

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

I used http://www.johnaustin.co.uk/ for brakes recently and would use them again.
