Clutch bleed nipple

Hi.....
 Mk v Golf GTI 2006 - I'm wanting to replace the standard clutch bleed nipple for one with an integral one way valve in it.  I've seen them on Demon Tweeks etc.... but I dont know what thread size I need to buy does any body know if its metric or imperial and what thread diameter and pitch it is??
