Hi new member from Newcastle
« on: October 09, 2015, 06:44:03 pm »
Hi guys and girls, my name is Dave, im from Newcastle and have just bought a 56 plate gti. I bought it because I got offered it for a price I couldnt refuse.  Im not new to the golf world, I used to have a mk4 gti 1.8t with a decent 310bhp a few years ago and ive also got a mk3 vr6 which is my show toy. I dont really plan on doing much to the mk5 as its my daily. It needs a full shoot as some ba**ard has keyed it, hence why I got it so cheap. But thats what I do on the side so itll cost me next to nothing to paint.
Ill get some pictures posted and ill look forward to speaking to you guys soon

my mk5
mk3 vr6 which I'm in the process of converting to the mk4 2.8 24v 4motion engine
mk4 gti 1.8t (310bhp)

You don't have the paint code do you mate? The sticker in the boot is missing and I don't have the service book either
