Well got the golf booked into to benfield vw to get a new drivers side wing put on under the anti corrosion warranty

Take loads of close up pics of your car before it goes in and do a thorough check on collection.
Last time I used them they managed to rest the sharp wing edge on the sill. It managed to scrape the paint off and literally cut a lattice effect into the painted ED30 skirt.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

I'll bare that in mind mate. Cheers. To be fair the rest of the car needs painted but I don't want any damaged panels

Just dropped my car off at benfield vw bodyshop and was told there's a recall on the car too so there gonna ship it upto the garage to do the recall too. Quite impressed with that.

A week later and ive got the car back from benfields bodyshop. The colour match is spot on and ive got a new set of coil packs. I love free stuff lol

I've still got my VR6. My gti is the daily lol would of probably preferred and R32 for the sound more than anything as you know it's addictive lol but as I've said the gti was too cheap to say no

love the vr6 I have had 4 and I would have another tomorrow. I love me ed 30 but ya cant beat the sound of the vr6. I am also co durham (peterlee).

Yeah I've still got the VR, sold my charger to Ben and a few bits to Jon. Just working on a Snail orientated VR

Nice one mate. I was meant to be dropping a 24v engine in mine be I can't be arsed with the hassle now so I put the engine up for sale just gonna keep my 2.9 in it and maybes bolt a snail to it too

Yeah I saw that it's up for sale, suprised it hasn't sold to be fair it's up at a decent price. Snails the best way to go, your able to get amazing gains with the right setup and go about breaking gearboxes and driveshafts

I was gonna do it last winter with a holset hx35 but missed out on it. I don't want to go too stupid power wise maybes 350-400bhp. I think I need to get the gti mapped too it feels like it's lacking a bit of punch

May have another rotrex for sale which will see 350-360 easy.. Rtech map for the Gti they are amazing..real good or you could try vince at stealth but I don't know the power outputs on his map
