why? All your going to do is annoy other motorists in front of you and coming the other way.

I wouldn't bother with HIDs.

I've got Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited. H7 in both dipped and main, normal halogens.

Solid white light. Huge upgrade over whatever was in before. VERY happy with them.

I'm running nightbreaker unlimited, you can get whiter but at the expense of light output, probably the best all rounder

I have a set of HIDS in my ed30 and last weekend was my first chance to test them out in night conditions.  They were ok but when I overtook a car with proper xenons the difference was night and day. I might get the night breakers to be honest. But the HIDS are OK and I haven't annoyed any other motorists as far as I know

I just got some HIDs a couple days ago in my depo projectors and I'm unsure if I like them compared to my white bulbs that I had previously. If I could go back, I'd stick with white bulbs as the guys above mentioned!

anyways..im getting projectors now so ill need the hid to get the most out of them surely?

You don't need the HIDs at all, they will work perfectly well with normal halogen bulbs

If you want all bulbs to match, then replace them all with the same make/model bulb. For instance, all of my bulbs on the front (excluding my LED sidelights) are MTEC Cosmos Blue bulbs, so they all match and have a lovely white light to them, a lot 'whiter' but less bright/light than Osram Nightbreakers

I've just fitted MTEC super white bulbs to my car and they are really good, not quite as white as my LED sidelight bulbs but not far off, they have the slightest tinge of blue to them

One MTEC Vs an original halogen

Both MTEC

These were the ones rated to 4350K
Sorry the pics aren't the best quality!

They are 55w rated but the claim to be as bright as 100w bulbs.
I haven't driven much in the dark yet but when the lights come on early in the morning they seem really bright

They are the same as mine...  I am disappointed with them at night time so will be interested to hear your opinion.  The spread seems limited.

Which sidelights LEDs did you get as mine are really dim
