Got round to picking up my revision R PCV Valve from Hawco, fitted it this morning.
My car still had the original that came with the car. Was fairly manky. Gasket looked good. I'd bought one anyway.

New and old - actually quite a difference in design

Back face of new one.

And pic of it fitted before my engine cover went back on.

Took the car out a drive afterwards. Noticeable difference. Especially nearing full throttle and in higher gears.
Can only guess I was losing some pressure on the old one.

I was thinking about changing my PCV but then when I looked I noticed I had the latest revision, not sure I will bother now unless I get some major symptoms.

If you're on the latest revision then I'd not bother - especially if you've no symptoms of failure.

Silver dash insert and grab handles look great.  Makes the interior a lot less bland and look MUCH cleaner.

Cheap mod I added the last day. A4 slip on exhaust tips. Seen a few use these Users on here use them. Thought was worth a punt at £17
My tips weren't too bad but they did have some pitting that just wouldn't budge. These are a nice, easy and cheap solution.

Ordered the latest revision PCV from Hawco today too.

The Tips look great.. Do you have the link for the ones you bought. As my tips are beyond saving

Nothing exciting to report.
Just had a service. Only covered around 5k since last. It's it's been a year though.
Quick snap before I picked it up.

Still looks a treat  :happy2:

It'll still be photogenic in 10 years time

Bit slow updating but couple new additions.
Carbon mirror housings and pillar covers. Couple of my pillars were starting to look tired so these freshened them up.

Mirror - doesn't really warrant a pic

Carbon fitted - needs smoked repeaters now.

Pillars...

And a random pic for good measure

MOT's due when I'm home again, and it's just taxed.
Always something.
