Engine Cover looks great! I done the same with mine, then decided against fitting it! Were did you get the black caps from for coolant and water bottle?

What you you think of the Intake ? Is it just on a standard map? Noisey? Loss of Torque?

Yeah seems good. Still standard map on mine. Definately wouldn't say I've lost torque!

So today I decided to colour code my centre console trim as I'd some reflex left over.
Primed (had 2 coats)

First coat of Reflex (3 in total)

And fitted back together

Was a little dubious as to how it'd look but I think it looks good. Not too in your face.

Is the reflex silver to match the car or is it the same colour as the trim in the cabin?
Been thinking about doing it myself.

Is it a close match to the silver trim around the dash?

The trim is 'brushed' looking so not too close.

More little tweaks.
Colour coded the grab handles.
Excuse the slightly dirty interior.

On another note my interior lights keep blowing the fuse. Soon as I offer up a new one and it makes contact it goes!
Guessing I've a bad LED?
So I'll remove and refit all original lights then if they work I'll put in one LED at a time and see how that pans out.

Been a while without any updates.
Still haven't got to the bottom of the 'bearing' noise - just been advised to leave it and see if it worsens to make a diagnosis easier.
However developed a misfire the other day - at anything close to WOT the CEL flashed and got a horrendous vibration through the wheels.
Figured it'd be one of the coilpacks as they're fairly common to go on these.
So ordered up R8 coils and NGK Iridium IX plugs.
Straightforward job - was stuck for a minute as the socket I had wouldn't keep a hold of the old plugs.
Scratched my head for a while then decided to use the old coils to grab a hold of them - worked spot on.
Turns out all the coils bar one looked brand new. Plugs looked a little worse for wear. On near 83k miles now so prob well overdue a change.
Anyway - some pics.
Excuse the filthy bay - had no time as rain was on and off like a hoors drawers.
