Hi I was wondering if any of you have had this noise before and successfully gotten rid of it?

To give some context it started a few weeks ago and has gotten slightly worse over time. This past weekend I changed both rear shocks and drop links in hopes that it would fix the noise but it has made no difference. The Noise usually happens on undulating and bumpy roads, or if the rear drivers wheels hits a bump. The noise appears to be coming from the drivers side at the rear.

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated thanks.  :notworthy:

I had similar problem, thought it was exhaust heat shield and it was driving me mad as checked them all and yes a couple of the retainers had broken off but there was not enough movement to cause the rattling sound. In the end it turned out to be rear brake disc shield had broken off from one of its three mounting points, and was rattling around, pair of tin snips and job sorted without having to dismantle/remove disc and caliper.

Thanks for the reply I will check these two when I have time off next .

Sound is driving me mad too, luckily it has caused me to change the shocks as the right rear one was knackered I discovered after removing it
