Hi all I have just had a mfsw delivered only to find the air bag on my mk 6 is different
the wheel came from another mk6 any ideals ?

Hope I have done that right !
If I have and you can see the photo then wheel that was delivered today is sat on the garage floor next to it is my original airbag my airbag I quite round on the top edge the one for the wheel is more like a mo 5 sort of curved if that makes any sense

That air bag is for the sports flat bottomed steering wheel,  the steering wheel you have is the standard wheel which needs the standard airbag

Here are the 2 different wheels and bags

Thanks for the reply but that airbag you say is for a flat bottom wheel Is my original on a normal wheel not even multi function ?

Original wheel is still on the car minus airbag as that's on the garage floor lol
It's plastic to the touch 3 spoke non multi real crappy I have got a pic but it's not the best I will try to put a pic of it up
