rear suspension springs removal

Im changing my rear suspension  and im looking for advice on removing the rear springs? The shocks were easy but not 100% sure on the technique on removing these??

Sorry for bringing this up but wondering how people have done this, my haynes manual tell me to put spring compressor on and just compress till it comes out, but my compressors are supposed to be used in pairs opposite to each other and mine wont fit both on.

Pelican guide says disconnect one bolt and lower the.wishbone with a jack. However, the bolt seems to half.way between a 17mm and an 18?!

I take the bolt out and lower the arm down

Yeah seems simpler, do you know what size the bolt head and nut are?

Think they are 17mm but could be wrong

just to add a slight bit to this the spring may still be under a bit of tension, so please don't just take the bolt out, use another jack under the arm the spring sits in to compress the spring ever so slightly to make the bolt removal easy then lower the jack off then the spring will easily come out safely.
