Anyone else been infuriated by the greyed out ratings created by itunes which ruins your playlists , like your top rated songs ? Called their help line and they couldn't resolve it . Anyone been able to get rid of the greyed out ratings ? Apple said it was because i was linked to Apple Music , but i am now not and the greyed out songs are still there !

Wish I could advise, as you seem to be having a nightmare!  Since spotify and podcasts I haven't used iTunes as much but I might give apple music a bash. Match was decent but just another thing to pay for
