Does it have any numbers on it usually 9 digits starting in 1 then we could look it up

Can't really tell, a wheel speed sensor maybe? Thought they were black though...

It's defo off a car, more likely German due to the type of electrical plug it has moulded into it

I believe it could be a crankshaft sensor
Does it have a part number on it could possibly be (036906433E)

Thats a crankshaft sensor had mine replaced two days ago after engine cutting out and constant cranking in the korning
Usually the sensor fails or gets covered in muc, especially from the 4motion gearbox and dual mass flywheel
