I serviced one at work last week for a trade customer and looked exactly the same! I thought the number plate rang a bell aswell but maybe not!
Lovely motor  the colour in person is lovely too

Ah, yeah I was very suprised with the colour in person - It changes slightly depending on the light but overall looks stunning

I have to agree with you Gaz...

Tints can be a comfort mod if you have a lot of sunny weather and LED side lights are ok when you have Xenons or white halogen bulbs.

HID on open lamps are just to a way to piss off the rest of the drivers...

Tints are for privacy and for the more stealth look on the car.

HID's are fine as long as you fit the correct bulb and position correctly. I ran Xenon HID's with H7R's in my Leon for over 4 years, never had any complaint or anyone say they were too bright.

Mannystk:
System fitted, was extremely tough with 3 different cages not fitting but this was as close to flush as i could get it

Mannystk:
8000k H7R HIDS fitted with 13SMD side lights

Was a pain in the ass to fit as it involved removing the bumper, grill and headlights and doing some wiring lol

I compared them against a few OEM Xenons on the new BMW's/Mercs and they do not cause any glare that would affect another driver.

Pictures were taken with reduced exposure in order to show the lighting properly, in person they are obviously brighter but i am very happy how they have come out.
