Cloudy Headlights
« on: October 27, 2015, 11:53:53 am »
Hi,

I'm new to here and I was wondering is the clouding of the headlights a common problem? I own a TDI so was looking to buy some GTI headlights but it seems mine and most of the ones I've found for sale have this problem. Can anyone help?

It's a common problem on most cars it's a combination of factors breaking down the plastic. Thi is what you need,

And a drill.  :signLOL: you will also need to seal the headlight.

I've used a paint sealant on my rear lights so not sure if that would be any good? It's supposed to protect from pretty much everything you would expect for about 6 months...
