Does anyone know where I can get the above from?
They are the little crimps that push in and lock. Used in the quad lock on the radio as well.
Cheers :happy2:

They are repair wires. You can get them from Vw. I guess you are running a wire so you can enable your xenon shutter?

Repair wires from the dealers, normally about £1 each which will give you two ends.

Not a full list but some handy numbers here -

No that has been done a while ago.

@everyone - I need just the end crimp so I can reattach it to an existing wire.
On the heated seat loom one of the crimps snapped, I need to cut that of and re-crimp another one on but dont have any spare!
Thanks :happy2:

You need the proper tool to crimp those on properly.  That's the idea of the repair wire - Inline crimp or make a soldered connection to your existing wire.

I don't think Maplin will have them, I've scoured the net trying to find a good supply.  I just use the repair wires now.

Thanks vRStu, I'll get a repair wire from VW then.
