Cheers for the help Retro... Finally got the adapter on the right side in. Everything up and running and coded in. Only issue now is that the left side is alot dimmer than the right so I will probably just get 2 new bulbs and get them aligned properly.
The issue with the adapter not fitting was that the pins on the light housing were slightly bent and the purple part of the adapter needed to be pushed down slightly.
