Getting out of lease hire early?
« on: November 05, 2015, 09:11:37 pm »
My wife recently took out lease hire on an Aygo. Think it's a 3 year lease. We recently got married and between us have 3 cars.

C63 AMG
MK5 golf GTI
Aygo

This is way too many cars for us and ideally I'd like to sell one of my cars and get her a Golf r on a cheap lease deal so it's something I can enjoy too...

Is there any way she can get out of the lease early without having to pay off the current value of the car?

To make thngs worse she is going to have to change to a Yaris which is around £250 PM

I don't understand. Is she getting a Golf R or Yaris?

As far as I know, you will need to pay the full lease agreement before the contract can be terminated. They may go a bit easier on you due to lack of mileage covered and age of the car.
