Looking good mate! One to keep an eye on, be interested to see how the intercooler performs. Want to do some solid pipework on mine when I start putting it together next year.

Oh aye cheers!
I just wanna get it all together and alive now! So much work to do this year, more or less all the interior is coming out to go into the 2k caddy I have my eye on and LOTS of custom work going on with the golf, can't wait to get cracked on with it!
Tell you one thing for sure the stainless piping looks bomb af

Great! Here is a pic just to confirm they are the same as the ones you've already got.

Hello! New here but i locate Toronto Canada. Heavy snow this week and I got a very similar situation to yours, but i am lucky to have my radiator and everything behind survived. So I came up with the same idea as you to upgrade the cooling system (intercooler, charge pipe, etc...), but i will leave A/C on my car as i don't want stone flying into my car and hit my face while driving on summer highway with opened windows haha.

After study bunch of math and formulas about intercooler i wisely choose to go with the same one as yours, the mishimoto J, but i was not confident about its fitting until I found this 2-year-old forum, it looks very racer and at least i am sure it works! Late congrats here haha~

Just some small questions, how did you mount the intercooler? do you think I can have enough space for the A/C condensor (since the IC is thick)? Were your headlights from a Jetta and were they just plug in play without any coding (My OEM are HID)?
