SA Tuning

Has anyone used SA tuning? They are offering a remap on my stock gti for 289£ and claim they can get up to 261bhp. I also asked if it was a stock map or is it custom to the car and they said it is custom.

Never heard of them. Worth calling up and asking what they do from the moment you drive in.

Any checks on the car before the map goes on

261 seems a bit much for just a stage 1 with no mods, and it doesn't really make sense to have a custom map with no mods. Just My opinion though

261 is a very precise number and very optimistic Imo for completely standard.

would be interested to see the graph and a log after it being done though
