Newbie from Portsmouth

Hi all,
Just a quick hello as I'm new to the forum.have been into vw's for a long time now starting with a mk1 golf gti 1.6, my last car was a civic type r but I'm now driving the wife's mk6 polo dsg till I find myself something to call my own again 
I've not started looking too hard yet but I'm after an edition 30,any tips what to look for would be much appreciated.
