Does revo revert to stock once battery is disconnected ?

Yep you will need to reset it with either a select or select plus switch  :happy2:

I've got one (Select +)  for my Scirocco (which I would think would work??) and am not far from Cannock if that helps?

that might get expensive, might come away wanting a Rocco :laugh:

does anyone know if it would work on another car?

Yes it will work but you will either need to pre-program your Boost / Timing / Fuel settings into one of the presets on the switch or bring a laptop along with the Revo select software so you can directly load your required settings back to the ECU.  :happy2:
