I have noticed a slight increase in vibration in the cabin, especially on over run, not an annoying amount though.

did mine last week...

think mine may have been over-torqued the last time it was taken out but managed to put a slight tear in the rubber using a spanner so the mechanic used his impact gun to open it...

fitted the RED diesel one to mine, noticed more vibration in the cabin, especially when trying to find the biting point...almost a bit less forgiving when rolling at lights etc!

but certainly more 'tight'!

£17.66 incl VAT from eurocarparts btw in case anyone was wondering! thats for the 'R' version of the mount for soot-chuckers!

they dont keep them in stock but can get them either same day if ordered before 11 (i think) otherwise next day!

What's that for? A diesel rubber?

Changing that complete mount it a ball ache. You have to remove the subframe and remove the old mounts, then get new mounts pressed in, subframe back on and the get the front re-aligned.

I would whack in an insert :-)

I've got a THS mount to fit, when you say re align.. What needs aligning?

Because you have to remove the subframe to install the THS or solid type mounts you will throw out the front geometry unless you can get the subframe back in exactly the same position as before *breath*

I am hearing and feeling a slight knock during gear shifts, do you think this mod will cure it?
