Cheers man, yeah it was one of the reasons I decided to do the purchase 

Just a quick question regarding the 5p dropping into the lighter socket

From what I've gathered it blew fuses as my right main beam stopped working I figured it was a bulb so got a replacement and replaced F16 on the fuse board yet nothing ???

I have dipped just no main beam going to check I replaced the bulb correctly later but would it have blown something else or ???

Any help would be amazing as I'm starting to run out of ideas ...

Right today's job was get rid of the white wormed rear boot handle badge



Picked up a 3D badge for pennies off fleabay





Any one else that has done this notice how much gunk and dirt was held around the actual hole on the boot lid not good !!! I also noticed a slight rust pool as if some water has managed to get inside around the actual boot lock area ??? Any ideas ??

Next job on the list is my GTI skirts to go on and get the new wheels rubbered up as last night I hit a curb whilst pulling over as my child was screaming her head off in the back
