Yeah might as well get it all done.  I would add top mounts to the list too.

If those prices are for genuine parts, they're not that bad imo.  I remember my old MK4 R32 front dampers were over £200 each!

Dealer for the S3 bushes and most aftermarket places will stock the whitelines.  Both will make the car feel better to drive.

Shocks and brakes seem quite expensive, I get trade prices but shocks £35 each and all four discs and pads for around £55 the lot

£14 a corner for discs and pads  :surprised: tell where and surely not genuine?

Exactly ! Who can tell what pads and discs are on a car when buying ? To put £55 of pads/discs on a 150mph car are mad . Its got to be a made up price tbh , people do it all the time on the internet !

Midland VW quoted £747 for supply and fit...

Most likely will by the Genuine OSR Caliper and the 2 Rear Brake Discs myself and then get a garage to fit these along with the other work that needs doing... What do you all think?

Replace both Calipers at the same time ..... Remember they generally won't be red either

Is this the correct website for tps?

https://tps.trade/

also Midland VW have charged the following...

Rear discs & pads £168
OSR Caliper £148
Lower Arm Bushes £125
Front Shocks £306

All include supply and fit
Sorry I totally got it wrong  :ashamed:

They're service is meant to be top notch. I didn't know about pricing.

Yes you can just replace the stuck one. I think the point is that the other one may also stick sometime soon.

Autovolks Solihull has been an independent VAG specialist for 26 years with a customer base which goes back to day one in 1990.
jaylufc17 would be better to ask Autovolks. Nothing is hidden and everything explained in detail.
No cheap parts are used. Genuine parts are preferred choice, why use rubbish?. People saying £55 for brakes all round and look on tps website etc , carry on. Are you/they fitting, replacing foc if a fault occurs etc?
Regarding the comments on the quote jaylufc17 shows , no info is given yet most say too much.
It maybe but as the saying goes " you get what you pay for"

I agree.  I've not used autovolks for a while since I moved from Birmingham.  When I did use them I got a great service from very knowledgeable staff, on a mk2, and two mk3's.  A good friend of mine still uses them and has done for 15years without issue.
