Autovolks Solihull has been an independent VAG specialist for 26 years with a customer base which goes back to day one in 1990.
jaylufc17 would be better to ask Autovolks. Nothing is hidden and everything explained in detail.
No cheap parts are used. Genuine parts are preferred choice, why use rubbish?. People saying £55 for brakes all round and look on tps website etc , carry on. Are you/they fitting, replacing foc if a fault occurs etc?
Regarding the comments on the quote jaylufc17 shows , no info is given yet most say too much.
It maybe but as the saying goes " you get what you pay for"
Hoping this is not a one post wonder??  Hang around  Sound advice always appreciated :notworthy:

Autovolks are free to charge whatever they wish for work carried out, and should also honour any warranty for work carried out.

I personally think it's expensive, but I am in a position where I can source cheap parts and labour.

I certainly wouldn't call Mintex, Monroe and Mann rubbish parts. In fact Mann actually make the oem filters for VAG.

It's always a good idea to shop around when it comes to this. Perhaps the OP shouldn't have named the garage as its a little unfair.

I have to comment as it is the same place that charged me £30 to find out why I have a tc and abs light on and didn't have a clue.
I had to sort it out myself so waist of £30 imho and fobbing off after travelling there a few wasted times.

I even told the guy it needed a steering angle calibration which he said he'd done. what a load of bollo*** to that.

Sorry to hear there was an issue. Do you have an invoice number or reg for to follow this up? Thanks
