Friday evening we came back home after a nice week in Valencia
Yesterday morning called the person who’s selling the RNS… and yes, he sold it the day before   Ooh well… better luck next time I guess 

Then I distressed myself and went into the garage… Tought a bit of what to do and
went on with it 😁
Gathered the complete BCS exhaust and went to work…





Checked the play on the shaft of the turbo… all well NO play



After taking out the old exhaust ( which came out fairly easy!) with the help of WD40 all the nuts & bolts surrenderd !!






Swapping both O2 sensors out to the new downpipe…





Then it was time to install the new exhaust piece by piece….
















Must say!! Quality exhaust!! All went like Lego!
Then mocking up and tighten all the clamps, nuts & bolts 👍🏻
















Then a nice Unibrace …








Then connected the tube from the valve to the inlet manifold…










Recheck everything, conected the O2 sensors and fingers crossed that there is no scubbing, ratteling or other Gremlins 😁😁



Did a 60km testdrive and let the WD40 burn out 😁 one less thing on the to do list
I should have done this right away!!! Not wait 6 years to mount it!!! It’s REALY a nice sound and when giving it some beans to 6500rpm … what a SOUND!❤️

Love this exhaust! The only bad thing about it is that it makes me press the gas pedal harder more often. Smiles per miles!

You'd have to upload it to Youtube, for example, and then link your video here using the forum Youtube link feature: ["youtube"][/"youtube"]. You just paste the last part of the Youtube video link between those brackets.

The oil pump can be the last bit, since you have to change the oil while doing it.

Mine has protected my BCS resonator from damage, at least...

Thanks guys and like Shoduchi says… it “protects” the resonator😁
But I don’t think it stiffens the body because it’s only bolted with 8 nuts to the chassis. It’s more for the eye when the car is on the ramp
I did figure out this weekend how to put a vid on Ytbe… I think 😅 so it’ll be on here soon
For the rest it was actually a quit and relaxed Easter weekend with family cracked some boiled eggs,😁🎊🎉 enjoying the nice weather and did also a couple of kms with the Eddy😍 REALY enjoyed the ride & sound of the BCS😍
I hope to put the Loba and cam follower with the pressure return valve this week…

Good stuff 

Keep an eye on the cam follower with the Loba pump.  The stiff spring wears the DLC coating down faster than a standard pump does!
