Thanks!!  It'll be a LOT of work to get it all mounted but looking forward to it!
Also finally got mail back concerning my rear Calipers! The factory is not making them for now!! Why ?? Beats me  I can only send my calipers in parts exchange! And get refurbished ones back!
The guy will get me more info about it later this week.
Told him no rush because we're going down to Croatia!! Finally going back home and get my batteries reloaded! And of course a lot of  :drinking: :drinking: :drinking: with family & friends! Wife & kiddo can hardly wait!
How's your bomb doin??  Still exciets you when you're driving it??

It's about time I posted some updates here

Been very bussy in my garage, inspected and changed the camfollower after 55.000km.
Had a little bit of ware but nothing special. Put in a new one for peace of mind.
Next up were the innerline protection guards at the front.
Took them out and found a lot of dirt and leaves hiding in there!!! :surprised: :surprised: So cleaned them out too.
Then thought, why not put the tyrrolsport brake bracket support in too. Took the induction kit and battery out. Cut a piece of the battery tray out to insert the bracket. It's a well designed piece of kit which prevents movement of the master brake cylinder.
By the time everything was almost done I managed to drop a torxbit right in front of the engine bay
Looked with a lamp into the compartement but couldn't find it!!!
That ment one thing:
Take off the complete front of my Eddy and finally put in the THS Intercooler along with the CTS pipes and hoses!!:signLOL:
That was a BIG job!!!
What a giant intercooler it is next to the original!!! Same with all the pipework!! They look gigantic comparing it with the stock oem charge pipes!! :surprised:
After the complete front was out I finally found the bit hiding next to the AC compessor!!  :jumping: :jumping:
But all this means nothing without pictures so here they are

Next up is the suspension.
I have to wait about 10 days to get my papers for the H&R springs!!
Here in Begium we have to have a specific form that declairs that the springs are alowed to be mounted :stupid:
Also the rest of the bushes and swaybars will be mounted. Looking forward to it

As promised a little review of the parts wich have been mounted on the Edition 30 so far.

First up is the THS intercooler with CTS piping:
What amazed me was the amount of torque & revs it had!! :surprised:
It pulls even harder than before! It's like it would go faster and harder!! Even my kiddo who was sitting next to me stared with big eyes!! :jumping:
I think the intercooler in combination with the bigger CTS piping does improve something!

Now for the TyrolSport master brake bracket:
What I felt was better & precize brake handling!  The pedal was not spongy!
Ofcourse After some couple of hard braking I felt the brakes fading! But in combo with the Brembo 6 pot calipers I think it's a good marriage!

That's for now

Next up will be the complete suspension.

The IC does make some difference. After fitting my THS replica IC from Darkside Developments, a Loba HPFP, had the inlet valves and injectors cleaned my Ed. 30 started making 270 CV with the stock map. Before with the BCS Powervalve it made 243 CV. Something restricts the stock map to making the same power as the S3. Get it tuned, you'll unleash a lot more power and torque.

I might get the TyrolSport bracket in the future. Now with my front pads almost at the end of their life my brake pedal takes a bit longer to become hard. The braking power is the same, just have a bit more brake pedal travel now.

Hehehe
I can't wait to get all the other bits mounted!!
On the other side I enjoy the progress on it!
I took some pics today of how it looks now before I finally get it a bit lower to the ground.
Still no document for H&R prings :sad1: Hopefully I'll get it this week.
When my foto's are uploaded I'll post them :happy2:

Really nice spec! I'm sure you can't wait for the remap!

You managed to fit the SuperPro adjustable ball joints with the Brembo 18Z without them rubbing the discs on hard cornering?
