well the only k03 quattro i can think of is the a3  good luck, fingers crossed
done @Peskyjones
All sorted then?

So let's get this right, a quattro BCS downpipe with a Milltek cat back?? Decat? Res or non res cat back?

If it works it works!

BCS 3inch dp and sports cat with Milltek cat back and a link pipe not the easiest to fit as it was too big by a fraction but got there after three hours of fighting with two broken studs on the turbo  :sad1: which took the best part of two hours to removed even with oxy bottles to hand and a pair of mole grips in the most awkwardest of tight spaces. ones still broken in there so will have to get that out asap. I don't have any stud extractors

The link pipe also f***** me up for 30mins trying to bang it into shape as it was deformed.

need a 3inch gasket too for the matting of the dp and sports cat

Good work mate. I don't know about you but when I had my full Powervalve fitted (also sport cat) I could feel the extra power immediately. That was on the existing Stage 1 map.

The dyno showed that I gained about 16bhp and 20 lb/ft before I even had the map updated to Stage 2. After the Stage 2 map I gained another 10bhp and 25lb/ft on top of that!

As I always say to people that an exhaust system or cat back makes a huge difference in throttle response and power and by the skin off my back it seriously has  :driver: need to upgrade brakes.

Top corner bolt has snapped in when tightening back up and so did the one opposite too which took two hours to remove even with oxy.

It's the downpipe and sport cat / decat that makes all the difference on these cars, the oem cat back section on the GTI isn't too restrictive relatively. But the Milltek you've fitted will certainly help free up a little bit more. How do you like the sound?

Definitely feeling more power @AJP it's awesome and car sound nutts  :rolleye: and I don't even have a map yet  :signLOL:

Now I can imagine the full Powervalve system  :jumping:

I've mesaged the one selling on here about the cat back see what happens

Yep. More specifically, mk7 GTI Performance Pack. Same as mk7 R / latest S3, but in the right colour, with a GTI logo.

The TTE420? Yeah I wouldn't be able to run that at its full potential, the BWA/AXX internals can only really cope with a normal k04/k03 hybrid.

I like the idea of a k03 hybrid. Still a good spool like the k03 but keeps on boosting like a k04. I've seen quite a few of them making 360bhp at R-Tech!

I wonder what your map will make. R-tech? What hardware will it have when it gets mapped? Stock with just the exhaust etc. Im going to say 272/330
