Oxy acetylene on the lower bolts and that was the easiest one but needed a new nut. The one behind has stripped threads and still isn't fully home

Exhaust is way too loud as ive just got back from lakeside and it was a Ballache all the way there but on a constant roll it's okay. I think it's the BCS ca using this. should have just gone cat back.

Looking at your pics, I'm sure there should be a silencer mid way along that Milltek? Unless I'm missing something you go from the cat straight through to the backbox??

Might explain the noise.

Just turn your stereo up! No central silencer, just straight through to back box. Can have a tendency to be..........

Yes the mid section box isn't there as it's a non resonated cat back but I had that on my tt before going relentless down pipe and de cat which makes a huge different on the noise factor. I may sell off the bcs and get a 2.75 inch dp and cat as it's flowing way more than a 2.75. it's sounding similar to an R32.

Sportlines? The springs make the car sit just right in my opinion, are you just putting springs on or coilovers as well?

Yes sportlines. no mate I don't do coilovers from past experience. mpo sh*te.  :signLOL: prefer decent shocks and not mega priced.
Don't really want to lower it as it's a family motor but I love the low rider look  :signLOL:

Don't sell the downpipe man!!!! That's not what's making things loud. It is however, doing your boost and EGTs plenty of favours and giving you a fair old performance bump as a result.

Get a middle box put in after the downpipe. Job done.

Okay AJP I'll find a resonator if someone's selling one amd fit it on as it's clearly a boy racer type car now. sounds mental, if only I could upload a clearer video of the noise it makes  :sad1: photo bucket crap only let's me upload 8 to 10 second videos if at all.
