Head unit - Android or Windows?
« on: January 02, 2016, 07:10:08 pm »
Hey guys

Been looking at the Erisin head units and note some have Windows CE, whilst others have Android 4.4.

Does anyone have experience as to which is the better OS for the headunit?

There's so many models to choose from. Do they all have reflective screens? Any recommendations?

Personally I'd go android, I've read a fair bit about the OS on these cheap Chinese units & it looks like the best way is to go as new as possible on android, ie kitkat 4.4.4
