Hi all,

I thought it was time I made a proper intro; seeming as I have asked for a fair bit of advice since owning my gti. I have owned plenty of German cars before and have always loved the GTI, so a few months back I went and bought one. I wont lie, since owning the car I have had to do a fair bit of investigation to find out the exact spec, as it has had some modifications by the previous owner. After digging around and cross referencing every part here is what I am running  :happy2:

Since my ownership I have completely overhauled the car, changing the oil pickup, fitted a new sump, a loba HPFP, serviced, new CV boots, blue motion undertray and awaiting a mapping!

Current Spec:

Engine

•   2.0T TFSI BWA Engine
•   K04-064 Turbo
•   S3 Injectors
•   S3 Intercooler & Piping
•   Loba High Pressure Fuel Pump
•   Volant Cold Air Intake
•   Eurojet 3 Inch Downpipe with Decat and Interchangeable Sports Cat Mid-Pipe (running decat)
•   Audi R8 Coil-Packs & NGK Grade 8 Cooler Plugs
•   Creation Motorsport PCV delete
•   Darkside 3 Bar Map Sensor
•   5w-40 Gulf Competition Fully Synthetic Ester Racing Oil
•   Greddy Magnetic Sump Bung

Electronics

•   ED30 ECU Waiting a stage 2+ Map

Suspension & Handling

•   Eibach Springs &  Bilstein Shock Setup
•   BBS CH Motorsport Lightweight Alloys recently refurbished in Anthracite
•   225/40/18 Toyo T1R
•   ECS Dogbone Mount Insert
•   ECS Subframe Spacer Bolt with Shims Mod

Braking

•   MK5 R32 345mm Front Brakes with upgraded pads
•   R32 Brake Lines
•   Mk5 GTI Rear Brakes with upgraded pads
•   OE VW Brake Fluid

I have also added some interior/exterior features such as GTI seat mats, aluminium gti inserts for the seats, highline clocks. Thanks for looking and will post a member ride soon as I intend to post DIY's when I tackle various jobs.
