Speak to some of the well known names often seen on the forum. A popular name often seen is BCS, See link to their exhaust bits below for MK5 GTI. I don't think they sell the sports cat separately on their site but use the contacts page and give them a call and i'm sure they'd be able to help with your request.

Miltek
Blueflame - Where BCS staff used to work i believe? Others will correct me on this...
Cobra

There's loads around, even try a local exhaust shop in your area with a good reputation and they should be able to help.
