Hi all I am trying to reset my rns 510
It keeps telling me that factory setting not reloaded
Any ideals

If I go to setup then system then reset
It says please wait then after a while says
Factory settings not reloaded
The problem is with the Bluetooth won't connect to phones has old phones paired that I can't delete etc etc

Have you tried unplugging the bluetooth unit so it powers down doing a hard reset and retry the old phone data removal

Yes tried that
I think it's going to a firm ware upgrade got to be truthful that does scare me a bit
How would I know what model my rns is c b a etc
